  "text": "(1) In this Chapter—\n“court day” means a day on which the sheriff clerk’s office is open for civil court business;\n“court day 1” means the court day on which a motion is treated as being intimated under rule 15A.4;\n“court day 3” means the second court day after court day 1;\n“court day 4” means the third court day after court day 1;\n“lodging party” means the party lodging the motion;\n“receiving party” means a party receiving the intimation of the motion from the lodging party; and\n“transacting motion business” means—\n(a)intimating and lodging motions;\n(b)receiving intimation of motions;\n(c)intimating consent or opposition to motions;\n(d)receiving intimation of or opposition to motions.\n(2) In this Chapter, a reference to—\n(a) the address of a party is a reference to the email address of—\n(i) that party’s solicitor; or\n(ii) that party,\nincluded in the list maintained under rule 15A.2(4);\n(b) the address of the court is a reference to the email address of the court included in that list under rule 15A.2(5).",
