# Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1907, Paragraph 31A.5: Award against legal representatives

Section 8(2) of the Act does not prevent the sheriff from making an award of expenses against a pursuer’s legal representative in terms of section 11 (awards of expenses against legal representatives) of the Act.
