# Sheriffs Act 1887, Section 30: Filing and exemption from duty of declaration of office.

(1) Every declaration of office made under this Act by a sheriff of a county or his under-sheriff shall . . .be transmitted to the clerk of the peace for the county, and be by him filed among the records of his office.
