Article 1

(1)

This Order may be cited as the Sheriffs' Fees (Amendment) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st October 1988.

In this Order—

“the Order of 1920” means the Order made under section 20(2) of the Sheriffs Act 1887 and dated 8th July 1920, as amended^f1;
“the Order of 1921” means the Order made under the said section 20(2) and dated 2nd May 1921, as amended^f2.
