# Sheriffs’ Pensions (Scotland) Act 1961, 


Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act, 1907 (7 Edw. 7 c.51).
In section fourteen, for the words from “by” to “instalments” there shall be substituted the words “quarterly or otherwise in every year as the Treasury may determine”.
