  "text": "In this Act the following expressions have the meanings hereby respectively assigned to them, unless the context otherwise requires—\n“sheriff” . . . has the meaning assigned to it in section one of this Act;\n“relevant service”, in relation to any person, means service which qualifies for a pension under section one of this Act, and such service need not be continuous or in the same sheriffdom.",
