In Article 1 of the principal Regulation (objectives)—
(a) in paragraph 1, for “introduce and implement Community measures aimed at enhancing” substitute “ enhance ”, and
(b) in paragraph 2—
(i) omit “harmonised”, and
(ii) omit “and Community monitoring”.
