# The Shipbuilding Industry Board (Dissolution Provisions) Order 1971, Article 2: Interpretation


(1) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Shipbuilding Industry Act 1967;
“the Board” means the Shipbuilding Industry Board;
“the dissolution year” means the period of twelve months ending with 31st March 1972;
“the final period” means the period beginning with 1st April 1971 and ending with 31st December 1971.
(2) The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply for the interpretation of this Order as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
