  "text": "(1) The general report mentioned in section 8(1) of the Act shall not be made in respect of the dissolution year, but the Board shall on 31st December 1971 make a general report to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry on the exercise by the Board of its functions during the final period.\n(2) Section 8(2) and (3) of the Act shall apply to the report for the final period as if it were a report for a financial year, the references to a financial year in the said section 8(2) being for the purposes of such application construed as references to the final period.",
