Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

• “The Authority” means the Shoreham Port Authority

• “the Port” means the Shoreham Port as described in section 38 (Limits of Harbour) of the Shoreham Harbour Act 1926^f1 as amended by section 33 of the Shoreham Harbour Act 1949^f2

• “signed plan” means the plan signed in triplicate by an Under Secretary in the Department of Transport, two copies of which have been deposited at that Department and one copy of which has been deposited at the offices of the Authority situated at 84/86 Albion Street, Southwick, Sussex BN4 4ED
