  "heading": "Amendment of the Act of 1937 and the Order of 1978",
  "text": "(1) Section 5 of the Act of 1937 is amended as follows—\n(a) in paragraph (5), for “forty shillings” substitute “level 4 on the standard scale”, and\n(b) in paragraph (9)(b), for “forty shillings” substitute “level 4 on the standard scale”.\n(2) The Order of 1978 is amended as follows—\n(a) in article 5(2)—\n(i) in each place it appears, for “£100” substitute “level 4 on the standard scale”, and\n(ii) for “£20” substitute “£50”;\n(b) in article 9(4)(b)—\n(i) in each place it appears, for “£100” substitute “level 4 on the standard scale”, and\n(ii) for “£20” substitute “£50”;\n(c) in article 21(1), for “£100” substitute “level 4 on the standard scale”.",
