  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations prescribe the notice that is to be used by a prospective landlord when notifying a prospective tenant that the tenancy being offered is a short Scottish secure tenancy.\nThe Schedule to the Regulations sets out the notice that is to be sent out. The notice specifies the grounds for granting a short Scottish secure tenancy and the term of the tenancy.",
