# The Short-term Holding Facility (Amendment) Rules 2022, Rule 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Short-term Holding Facility (Amendment) Rules 2022 and come into force on 5th January 2023.
(2) These Rules extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
