  "heading": "Proceedings of Visiting Committees",
  "text": "(1) The Visiting Committee of a short-term holding facility must meet—\n(a) once a month, or\n(b) if they resolve for reasons specified in the resolution that less frequent meetings are sufficient, not fewer than eight times in 12 months.\n(2) The committee may fix a quorum of not fewer than three members for proceedings.\n(3) The committee must keep minutes of their proceedings.\n(4) The proceedings of the committee are not invalidated by a vacancy in the membership or a defect in the appointment of a member.",
