Coming into force 1st January 2003
The Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and the Secretary of State concerned with sea fishing in Northern Ireland in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 3(1) and 15(3) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967 make the following Order:
