# The Shropshire (District Boundaries) Order 1987, Article 3: Town and country planning


Any provisions of a local plan adopted by the Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council which apply immediately before 1st April 1988 to the areas transferred by this Order shall continue to apply in relation to those areas as if they were part of a local plan adopted by the North Shropshire District Council.
