  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order transfers areas from the borough of Shrewsbury and Atcham and the parishes of Astley and Pimhill to the district of North Shropshire and the parish of Hadnall. Consequential changes to local government electoral areas are made.\nThe map forming part of this note (page 3) gives a general guide to the areas affected. Prints of the detailed boundary map (described in article 2) may be inspected at all reasonable times at the offices of the borough and district councils and at the office of the Secretary of State for the Environment, 2 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3EB.\nThe areas transferred have approximately an area of 19.61 hectares, a population of 25 and a rateable value of £2,221.\nThe Local Government Area Changes Regulations (S.I. 1976/246, amended by S.I. 1978/247) contain general provisions regarding the effect of orders such as this one.",
