This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2025/146 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Local Government Boundary Commission for England makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92(3) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007f1.
