  "text": "The limits within which Associated British Ports shall have jurisdiction for the purposes of pilotage under Part I of the Pilotage Act 1987 shall include (in addition to the existing area of jurisidiction) the area coloured pink on the signed plan, being so much of the Solway Firth as is bounded on the seaward side by an imaginary line commencing at the level of high water at Grune Point in the County of Cumbria, (position latitude 54°54.00'N, longitude 03°20.20'W) extending thence due west-south-west to Southerness Point in the Region of Dumfries and Galloway, (position latitude 54°52.30'N, longitude 03°35.65'W), thence due south (true) to latitude 54°43.67'N and thence due east (true) to a point at the level of high water on the coastline of the County of Cumbria north-east of Maryport (position latitude 54°43.67'N, longitude 03°29.35'W) and on the landward side by an imaginary line drawn below the coastline of the County of Cumbria along the level of high water between the said Grune Point and the said point north-east of Maryport.",
