# The Silvertown Tunnel Order 2018, Paragraph 31: Arbitration


Any difference or dispute arising between TfL and National Grid under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between TfL and National Grid, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 68 (arbitration).
