  "text": "The provisions of this Part of this Schedule have effect unless otherwise agreed in writing between TfL and the PLA, for the protection of the PLA in relation to construction of the authorised development and, within any maintenance period defined in article 30(14) (temporary use of land for maintaining the authorised development), any maintenance of any part of the authorised development.",
