# The Silvertown Tunnel Order 2018, Paragraph 40: Directions as to lights


TfL must comply with any reasonable directions issued from time to time by the Harbour Master with regard to the lighting of—
(a) a specified work; or
(b) the carrying out of a specified function or the use of apparatus for the purposes of such a function,
or the screening of such lighting, so as to ensure that it is not a hazard to navigation on the river Thames.
