  "heading": "Surface water drainage details",
  "text": "(1) No part of the authorised development which comprises any part of a surface water drainage system must commence until written details of that surface water drainage system have been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority.\n(2) The surface water drainage system for the relevant part of the authorised development must be constructed in accordance with the details approved under sub-paragraph (1).",
