  "text": "Any penalty charge notice, charge certificate or other notice under this Schedule may be served by post (or in such other form as is agreed between the person to be served and TfL) and, where the person on whom it is to be served is a body corporate, is duly served if it is sent by post to the secretary or clerk of that body.",
