# The Silvertown Tunnel Order 2018, Paragraph 16: Procedure


The procedure to be applied to proceedings under this Schedule is that which applies to adjudication proceedings in relation to road user charging under the Road User Charging (Enforcement and Adjudication) (London) Regulations 2001 as amended from time to time.
