  "heading": "Cancellation of penalty charge notice",
  "text": "(1) Where representations are made under paragraph 6 and TfL accepts that the ground in question has been established it must—\n(a) cancel the penalty charge notice; and\n(b) state in the notice served under paragraph 6(6) that the penalty charge notice has been cancelled.\n(2) The cancellation of a penalty charge notice under this paragraph is not to be taken to prevent TfL concerned from serving a fresh penalty charge notice on the same or another person.",
