  "text": "(1) A person in the tunnels areas must carry out the reasonable instructions of an authorised person or the requirements of a notice displayed by TfL.\n(2) A person must not obstruct an authorised person acting in the course of the duties of the authorised person.\n(3) A person acting in compliance with the instructions of an authorised person does not commit a breach of the byelaw which otherwise prohibits the act.\n(4) A person is not subject to a penalty for breach of a byelaw by disobeying a notice unless it is proved to the satisfaction of the Court before whom the complaint is laid that the notice referred to in the particular byelaw was displayed.",
