# The Silvertown Tunnel Order 2018, Paragraph 3: Smoking etc.


A person in the tunnels must not—
(a) smoke or carry an item that is alight including a lit cigar, cigarette, cigarillo, match, pipe or lighter; or
(b) use a vaporiser.
