  "text": "(1) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 64 (offences) (other than an offence arising from a contravention of or failure to comply with a requirement of regulation 8 or regulation 26) is liable on summary conviction—\n(a) in England and Wales, to a fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or to both;\n(b) in Scotland, to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or to both; and\n(c) in Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or to both.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence arising from a contravention of or failure to comply with a requirement of regulation 8 or regulation 26 is liable on summary conviction—\n(a) in England and Wales, to a fine;\n(b) in Scotland and Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.",
