  "text": "A manufacturer must also take account of the following provisions—\n(a) it must be possible to inspect the inside of vessels;\n(b) it must be possible to drain the vessels;\n(c) the mechanical qualities must be maintained throughout the period of use of the vessel for the intended purpose;\n(d) the vessels must, bearing in mind their prescribed use, be adequately protected against corrosion.",
