# The Simple Pressure Vessels (Safety) Regulations 2016, Paragraph 9

Extent: E+W+S

A manufacturer must keep a copy of the Type examination certificate, its annexes and additions together with the technical documentation at the disposal of the enforcing authorities for a period of 10 years beginning on the day on which the vessel is placed on the market.
