# The Single Education Plan (Wales) Regulations 2006, Regulation 4: Content of Single Education Plan


Each Single Education Plan must include provision dealing with the matters referred to in Schedule 2 to these Regulations, and must be accompanied by the supporting information referred to in Schedule 3 (“the Supporting Information”).
