# The Single Source Contract (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2018, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Single Source Contract (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2018.
(2) This Part and Part 2 of these Regulations come into force on 31st January 2019.
(3) Part 3 of these Regulations comes into force on 1st April 2019.
