  "text": "After regulation 65, insert—\n“Price adjustments for qualifying sub-contracts\n66. Where the amount of an adjustment to the contract price of a qualifying sub-contract is determined by the SSRO under regulation 16(7) or calculated under regulation 17—\n(a) the contract price is not to be adjusted by that amount; and\n(b) a payment for that amount must be made by the Secretary of State to the sub-contractor or by the sub-contractor to the Secretary of State (whichever is appropriate).”.",
