# The Single Source Contract (Amendment) Regulations 2019, Regulation 24


(1) Regulation 14 of the Single Source Contract (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2018 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (b), for “18(3)(a)” substitute “18(3)”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (c), after “19(3)(a)” insert “and (b)”.
