# The Single Source Contract (Amendment) Regulations 2019, Regulation 8: Amendment of regulation 24 (contract reporting plan)


In regulation 24, for paragraph (2)(a), substitute—
“(a) the price that the contracting authority is committed to paying for the contract;”.
