# The Sizewell C (Nuclear Generating Station) Order 2022, Article 52: Agreements entered into by the undertaker


Any agreement or undertaking entered into by the undertaker before the coming into force of this Order in connection with the proposed exercise of its function as harbour authority must be binding upon the harbour authority notwithstanding that it was entered into by the undertaker before it was established as a harbour authority by article 51 (harbour authority).
