Paragraph 91 Removal of Installations and Execution of Specified Works

Following receipt of plans under paragraph 90 of this Part, NDA and / or Magnox (as applicable) may request such reasonable further information from the undertaker as is necessary to enable it to consider the plans.

Any request under sub-paragraph (1) must be made within a period of 28 working days beginning with the day immediately following that on which the plans are received by NDA and / or Magnox (as applicable).
