  "text": "(1) No licensed activity or phase of licensed activity must commence until a MAWSI for that activity or phase of activity has, after consultation with Historic England, been submitted to and approved by the MMO in writing.\n(2) Any MAWSIs must be implemented as approved by the MMO.\n(3) Unless a shorter period is agreed with the MMO in writing, the undertaker must use reasonable endeavours to submit a MAWSI at least 6 months prior to the proposed commencement of the relevant licensed activity or phase of activity.",
