  "text": "Regulation 37(b) shall be amended —\n(a) by substituting for sub-praragraphs (iv), (v) and (vi) thereof the following sub-paragraph:—\n“(iv) immediately after completion of bleeding all sheep and goats are completely skinned, save that —\n(aa) any head not intended for human consumption need not be skinned if removed from the carcase at the time of skinning of the carcase;\n(ab) when retention of the ears of sheep is necessary for certification purposes, they shall be removed immediately after certification; and”;\n(b) by inserting in sub-paragraph (vii) thereof after the word “sheep”, the words “or goat”.",
