  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Sludge (Use in Agriculture) (Amendment) Regulations 1990, and shall come into force on 8th May 1990.\n(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Sludge (Use in Agriculture) Regulations 1989.",
