  "heading": "Crofters Acts applied throughout Scotland.",
  "text": "From and after the commencement of this Act, and subject to the provisions thereof, the Crofters Acts shall be read and construed as if the expression “landholder” were substituted for the expression “crofter” occurring therein, and shall have effect throughout Scotland.",
