  "text": "Section sixteen of the Act of 1886 is hereby amended by the substitution of “Land Court” for “sheriff” wherever occurring therein, and of the words “two months” for the words “twenty-one days” occurring in subsection (a) thereof, and shall be read and construed accordingly with the necessary modifications.",
