# Small Landholders (Scotland) Act 1911, Section 34: Act to apply to Crown land.

This Act shall apply to lands vested in His Majesty in right of the Crown, and under the management of the Commissioners of Woods to such extent as the Commissioners of Woods may agree and to land to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies to such extent as the person managing it may agree, but shall not apply to lands which are by or on behalf of the Admiralty, War Office, or any other Government Department or which under statutory powers have been acquired, or subjected to servitudes or restrictions for the purposes of the Naval or Military Forces of the Crown.
