# Small Landholders (Scotland) Act 1911, Section 5: Moneys placed at disposal of Board of Agriculture.


. . . any sums required by the provisions of any Act to be carried to the Congested Districts (Scotland) Fund, shall, at and after the commencement of this Act, be carried to the Agriculture (Scotland) Fund.
