  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations, which come into force on 14th August 2006, amend the Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) (England) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 2001/3745).\nThe amendments made by these Regulations introduce two new paragraphs 6A (describing Briteflame briquettes) and 32A (describing ZIP Firelogs) into Schedule 1 to the 2001 Regulations (regulation 2(2) and (3)).\nA full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for these Regulations as they have no impact on the costs of business.",
