  "long_title": "These Regulations amend Schedule 1 to the Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) (England) Regulations 2001. They insert new paragraphs in that Schedule, declaring fuels to be authorised by the Secretary of State for the purposes of section 20(6) of the Clean Air Act 1993 as follows: paragraphs 3A (Big K Instant Lighting Fire Logs), 19A (La Hacienda Easy Logs), 22A (Optima Fire Logs), 23A (Pyrobloc Fire Logs), 31A (Unicite) and 34 (which authorises a new category of Zip Firelogs). They also amend paragraphs 1 (Aimcor Excel briquettes), 2 (Aimcor Pureheat briquettes) and 20 (Long Beach Lump nuts) so that these list new manufacturers for the fuels in question. A full impact assessment has not been produced as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
