  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations, which extend to Scotland only, amend the Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) (Scotland) Regulations 2001.\nThey introduce new paragraphs 6A (describing Briteflame briquettes) and 32A (describing an additional type of ZIP Firelogs) to Schedule 1 to those Regulations (regulation 2). Fuels listed in that Schedule are authorised fuels for the purposes of the Clean Air Act 1993.\nA regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for these Regulations as they have no impact on the costs of business.",
