  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) (Wales) Regulations 2019 (S.I. 2019/50 (W. 15)) (“the 2019 Regulations”).\nThese Regulations correct a typographical error in the Welsh text of the 2019 Regulations.\nThe 2019 Regulations specify all fuels which are currently authorised for use in smoke control areas in Wales for the purposes of section 20 of the Clean Air Act 1993 (c. 11).\nThe Welsh Ministers’ Code of Practice on the carrying out of Regulatory Impact Assessments was considered in relation to these Regulations. As a result, it was not considered necessary to carry out a regulatory impact assessment as to the likely costs and benefits of complying with these Regulations.",
