# The Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (Amendment) Order 1985, Article 1: Title, commencement and extent


(1) This order may be cited as the Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (Amendment) Order 1985 and shall come into operation on 9th July 1985.
(2) This order shall extend to England and Wales.
